  1. Once again, your colors are wonderful! I love the stencilwork you’ve added to the last painting, it give it a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing these completed as you continue! Happy painting!

  2. thanks for your lovely comments! That stenciling was trial and error, i had to sponge it on and not try and let it bleed *heart pounding stuff* HAHA. Still, now that i have broken through that barrier 😉 I can move onto other things and other stencils.

  3. Housework, always housework! I dare say men do not have this distraction while creating…(LOL) And I do not know a single woman artist that doesn’t fret over housework while working. It must be encoded in our DNA!

Wonderful work, and good for you for resisting the evil pull of housework!

    1. you’re right Laura they (men) dont! LOL, bless their cotton socks! My partner announced 3 hours ago he was ‘going out to the garage to make a face’ (he does clay sculpturing) and I haven’t seen a single peep of him, needless to say its a rainy sunday and the kids are going insane to put it mildly! HAHA. Im getting better at it, WAY better,… a year ago i would have made sure nearly everything was done, so i could justify to myself that it was ‘ok’ to paint *sigh*, how ridiculous! SO glad I have moved RIGHT away from that mindset now. Thanks for your support, very appreciative. xxx

    1. thanks deshipley! Im kind of really digging that one too, its actually ALOT more intense in colour in real life, my stoopid mob phone camera does these pieces no justice what so ever. Im going to keep at this one in my spare time (*laughs hysterically at the thought of ‘spare time’*), and see what evolves. 🙂 thanks for stopping by, glad you were caught up with the eye.

  4. You’ve had a very productive creative time lately! How wonderful… and welcome to the messy house club… 100 years from now do you think anyone is going to care that there were some dirty dishes in the sink while we painted? They will get done eventually. I love the stencil work on the last painting too… It’s so much fun to experiment! Great job!

    1. thankyou Deb! I love your uplfiting, supportive comments… and you are SO RIGHT, who gives a rats eh? (its all self inflicted, I have THE most supportive partner, family, they dont care what I do, or not do ;)). have a great day!
