I’m hosting an art retreat in Montelparo Central Italy! 🇮🇹💃🏻 at the Luxury Boutique Hotel Leone & Retreat Centre- (3-10th October 2025).


🎨Creativity & Connection ✨

✈️I would love you to come & join me for a magical week of combining creativity and fun and building connections in this beautiful hilltop setting with the Adriatic Sea on one side, and the mountains on the other. Just Stunning! Imagine immersing yourself in creativity, experiencing the local area- food, wine & culture, and forming lifelong friendship with like-minded souls.

☀️Absolutely, no experience necessary with the style of art. I’ll be guiding you through.

💐 I’m keeping it small, so you won’t be lost in a large group.
-7 nights in a luxury boutique hotel
Includes:
-4 days creativity ( some off site)
-2 days exploring the local area, visiting nearby towns, beach, experiencing the people & what they have to offer.
-You are more than welcome to bring a friend, partner or family member and they can stay on site and not necessarily do any art.👍

💫 This is my studio 👩🏻‍🎨

Sometimes, even when I am not on a roll, when I am not in the flow, and when I am not painting every minute that I can, I just come in here and hang out because this is a part of me
& it makes me feel good.

Sometimes I am tidying and organising, and sometimes I just sit and stare out the window and be with whatever I am that that day.

This is my sacred space, my creative space & my public space.
This space belongs to me and no one else, and if I want to be completely alone, I just shut and lock the door and pull the curtains and ..

I take nothing for granted, everyday in here is a total blessing. 💫

Custom Soul Expression – your channeled artwork

Hello & welcome…

Would you like a bespoke artwork that is unique to you, your Soul Expression- in a Channeled Painting?

I am now offering “Your Soul Expression” commissions.

The Journey Begins– After connecting with you, and talking, this may require several conversations, I gather some essential info/ elements that will be included in your personalised artwork. I then, sit with this for a bit & start to get a feeling for a concept… I will then, intuitively create your piece over a few weeks. I combine your own energy with what I am led to create as I paint ‘in the moment’.

This can include, marks, symbols, faces, nature, animals, stars, planets and more, it’s limitless.

Examples of things you may like to include…
Up to 3 favourite colours that speak to your soul
Birds, nature , ocean, or something that is important to you/your history/ your story…

The Magic– The fewer ‘things/info ‘ I have the better I can be free without limitation to tap into that place where the visions / knowings come easily & clearly.

You receive– Your bespoke artwork on a canvas, stretched over a wooden frame, wired, ready to hang. It is signed by me, and dated on the back…. Also…

My gift to you– you will also receive your choice of Guidance Cards (either English or Te Reo Māori) or, an A3 photocard print of your choice of my images.

“In April 2020, after 11 years of pretty much painting full-time five days a week & creating a large online presence, creating guidance cards, holding regular art workshops & retreats , & building a successful career out of my art, I decided, after feeling overwhelmed & burnt out, to take an extended period of time off and paint soley and only for me.(as opposed to painting to sell). I had no idea how long this would last and I didn’t retreat completely, I still posted my art online but it was merely to share my expressions of my inward journey. Amazingly ,these artworks all sold. This surprised me, as I had a complete change of direction and theme for my artwork… I painted women’s faces, faces from my imagination, faces from my meditations, faces with symbols & totems, faces with abstract shapes & nature. I emerged from this cocoon in about July of 2021…. I was over faces lol!In March of 2021 I went on a magical trip to the South Island of NZ with my husband , and it had a profound effect on me. I took 3-4 months to process , to sit with it all before starting on my series on the bold unapologetic terrain of this raw untouched land, it was palpable, the energy of it was in me. The effect was that I actually change not only the theme of what I was painting, but my style as well , this land begged for simple lines and no fuss, not something I was used to! I started with the Milford Sound & Moeraki Boulders, and it soon evolved into stylised landscapes & random rocks, layers of land, more so echoing the Coromandel Peninsula as the months past, and of course injecting my adoration for the ocean in with them.
Layers. Depth. Pieces of the puzzle. Stepping Stones onward … the Journey is ongoing & evolving with every creative experiment. Because let’s face it every piece I do IS an experiment. As an Intuitive Painter there is no planning or conscious thought as to how or what a ‘result’ will look or feel like, it is just starting and going with that flow, and I know the feeling… when it’s ‘right’”

Right now? Outdoor butterfly art is where I’m at! – in progress..

Meditation Series 2020

I started meditating in March 2020. Not long after I started, (literally days,)
I started painting this series,
and seems as though I cant paint anything else
until this is out of my system.

At this stage of my art journey, I am very happy to go with the flow and allow what wants to be without trying to over commit to creating anything, or any subject, or go with something that is not flowing happily.
In other words, Im in a space of total allowance these days… only that which brings me joy or not at all. 🙂

I think this has to be one of my favourite pieces I have ever created. It has a vibrancy, an energy about it,.. its so alive and raw. I have reluctantly let it go to a gallery , but I wont be disappointed it it doesn’t sell (lol!) Id love to keep it 🙂

Another Large Commission to the Bahamas

This 4 piece painting , 2m x 2m is off to the Bahamas once done.

Each panel is 1m square.

My buyers live on a canal , and wanted all the colours of the water and sky. Their inspiration was my ‘Legend’ series.

I’m using acrylics and inks, and am about 3/4 way through at this point.

I’m Back! – Updates June 2017

Hi all,
back from holiday, went to Peru for a couple of weeks, including a few days in the Amazon/Jungle, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca and La Paz, Bolivia. INCREDIBLE trip, epic adventure!

Here is a short vid of updates. Ive been painting for a few days, showing latest work, mediums used and mentioning the fabulous brushes I bought last year, and now on my second set.

I have just returned from 2 weeks in Peru, and 2 days in Bolivia. An epic adventure, non stop experiences, a visual feast, awesome people, not really adequate words available to describe the experience, or feeling one has whilst there. Vibrancy, depth, history, passion, sacred, ancient, connected, energy… it was a once in a lifetime journey, I will never forget.  Cant wait to start painting, and see what evolves.
