‘Moon’ update… & other stuff Im excited about…

eventually, decided to go with some NZ fern & flax, this is a start, and like before when I had just done my moon I will now look at it for a week or more everyday, and wonder what it needs, and only when the time is right, can I allow myself to pick up paint and add to it…its a unexplainable thing, its not a mental thing initially, its about a feeling. Its purely internal, and I know if I ‘try’ before that feeling arrives, it will be a disaster, so I wait it out, and all of a sudden i will feel it take a ‘risk’ (cos sometimes, no, most times Im slightly freaking out ‘IS THIS THE RIGHT NEXT STEP?? oh well just do it!”, and most of the time it is.

So until that moment arrives for my moon, I wil keep on with my words and art collages, SOOOOOO enjoying them, totally satisfying to be combining the two talents i have, playing with words, and being artistically creative.  I like to tell a very short story, or should i say send a very short message with them, hopefully inspirational. 🙂

All the art is cropped pieces of my own original art, and the words I chose myself.

Amen to that!

I LOVE this!
“You are Beings who intend to come forth and to continue to expand and grow and change. What is the perfect age? “Well, it’s the age where I finally understand my freedom, and I finally understand that I am free to create, and it’s the age that I am at my most beautiful.” And we say, by whose standards? In other words, who gets to decide the perfect age? And we say, rather than determining what the perfect age is, why not decide what the perfect state of being is—and then discover that you can find the perfect state of being at any age.”
